Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to New Zealand only. You can purchase our Keto products and Almond, Maple & Cacao through Great Gourmet Foods in Australia.
How long will my order take?
Allow 2-4 working days for your order to arrive to an urban New Zealand address.
Allow up to 14 days for Rural New Zealand address.
If your order is overdue please contact us for assistance.
Subscriptions
How do I update or cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription by logging into your account.
Click into your active subscription to change your order, delivery details or payment method.
You can also choose to pause or cancel your order here.
What products are available on subscription?
We offer our Grain-Free and Gourmet ranges on subscription. You will receive a 15% discount with reoccurring orders of 3 packs or more on a 40, 60 or 90 day subscription.
Can I order a mix of products on subscription with different timings?
You can order a mix of any of the Grain-Free and Gourmet blends. You must order a minimum of 3 packs to have a subscription. You can have a subscription on a 30, 60 or 90 day plan.
How do I create a subscription order?
To start a subscription simply navigate to the Subscriptions tab and click through. You can order any of our products from our Grain-Free or Gourmet blends, but you must order a minimum of 3 products. Choose your preferred products and delivery timing and add to cart.

Why did you remove the 1Kg bags?
At Something to Crow About, we are committed to reducing packaging and food waste, and these were key considerations in making the decision to phase out the 1kg bag.
In reviewing packaging types we therefore considered:
1. Quality & freshness. The smaller pouches will maintain the quality and freshness of the muesli blend for longer, reducing possible food waste.
2. Recyclability of packaging – the smaller pouches are recyclable. The larger 1kg bags were made up of a layer of paper and a thin layer of plastic which means these couldn’t be recycled. The smaller pouches carry the soft plastics recycling symbol and can be placed into the soft plastic collection bins at your local supermarket.
We hope this helps clarify the move to the smaller packs and that you continue to enjoy the convenience of buying your favourite Something to Crow About mueslis from our online store.

How will I know when my order is coming?
You will receive a notification that you order is being processed immediately. The you will receive a email notification once the order has been picked up by the courier. This will contain a track n trace link.
Returns & Refunds
How do I get a refund?

If your return is approved OR we agree to refund your order for any other reason, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 5-10working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
