You can manage your subscription by logging into your account. From here you can edit, skip or cancel. 

Click on the icon at the top right of the page.

To change the products you have on subscription:

Select “cancel” (under actions column) choose from the list of reasons why….select “I want a different product” and then choose “swap product” and select the replacement flavour of your choice.

 Alternatively there is an +Add Product button at the bottom of the subscription table and you can add a product and then cancel the current product/flavour.

You can order a mix of one off and subscription products. The subscription products can be ordered for a variety of periods. There's total flexibility.

To start a subscription simply navigate to a product (1kg breakfast range is the only products currently available on subscription) and select the subscription option.  Choose your preferred timing and add to cart.  

Save 10% when you add an item on subscription for 14, 30, 60 or 90 days

Once you are logged into your account you can manage your orders and subscriptions 


You will receive a notification that you order is being processed immediately. The you will receive a email notification once the order has been picked up by the courier. This will contain a track n trace link.

If your return is approved OR we agree to refund your order for any other reason, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 5-10working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
